Hello out there!

My name is Grace and I received a Safe Water filter for X-Mas and it broke 
before I ever used it.  I have been meaning to get a hold of the company 
for a while now.  Now I read that it went out of business.  Is there any 
way to still get a replacement or $ back?  Let me know if you know.
