[pct-l] Snow conditions

There isn't any snow at Tuolumne now, and looking north from there this last
week, I think that the PCT is likely snow-free, with the exception of Sonora
Pass.  That snowfield is on a north-facing slope and typically lasts later
in the season, but it also likely has a well-pounded trail in it by now.
