Judson,
You have it right. Tax cuts are just great.
At Mt Rainier Nat'l Park they are robbing trail maintenance funds of $200,000.00 to study whether privatization of most park non-ranger positions is beneficial.
Boy have we gone in reverse the past two years. However, maybe soon there will be privatization concession stands on the PCT.
