[pct-l] feet expansion

Hi

When I got back home after my 2002 hike, my feet were sort of numb and took
a while to become normal.  The balls of my feet felt sort of swollen a bit
for months

But I had major trouble with my rock climbing boots.  For those that do not
know, these are normally very tight fitting.  My boots really hurt my feet
and have not let up.  I was eventually forced to buy a new pair - the widest
I could find.  

It seems that in my case my feet became wider, and do not tolerate getting
cramped up at the widest part of the foot.  I cannot wear my fancy dress
leather shoes any more, far to tight width-wise.

So in my case I seem to have permanently gone up a shoe size
