[pct-l] Re: Early April Start

Early April starts are OK in low snow years. But, I know that if you hit
lots of snow, you may be road walking and not on the trail. Or, you may need
to sit out a week some place waiting for the snow to melt. You are taking
your chances.

In other words, starting early may or may not get you ahead.
