[pct-l] Tuolumne Arrival/Volume 2

Greetings,

I've promised Gottago that I will deliver Volume 2, Pacific Crest Trail: Northern California, to her at Tuolomne Meadows. Do you think I can keep that promise? I've checked amazon.com and the book isn't listed yet.

So, I guess this is two questions: (1) When will the folks begin to arrive at TM? and (2) When will Volume 2 be available?
