[pct-l] Gigapower cannisters and white gas?

It is illegal to US mail or express mail white gas via any method, there are
no exceptions. It is legal to mail, properly marked as ORM-D, only the small
110g Gigapower containers via Parcel Post (ground only). The larger
Gigapower containers (250g I believe) exceed the ORM-D mailing limits for a
single container. It is a federal crime to violate these rules. There are
stiff penalties even for the first violation.

Talk to your local postmaster (not the clerk at the window but the
postmaster) and they can look up the rules for you if you want to check
them. They are also posted on the USPS web site.

I have ground mailed small Gigapower canisters dozens of times without
problem. They just can't be sent by air.

  Ed
