[pct-l] section B resupply

Just a work of warning: We went to this restaurant for breakfast in 2000.
After the mile walk we discovered that the restaurant didn't open until
noon.  :(  We ate our oatmeal at their table and filled up with water.

Fortunately Meadow Ed came by and gave us a lift back to the trail.
