[pct-l] insoles - Before you use Superfeet

Last year I started off using superfeet, I even trained
with them my last 50 miles of training hikes. I shoulda
done all my training hikes in them.
Many people have had great success with them, I did not.
Superfeet are orthopedic in nature, they tend to force your
feet (primarily your heels) to conform to a certain shape.
If your feet conform to this shape, great.
If not, a battle will take place in your shoe between the insoles
and your feet; your feet will lose big.
Before you embark, ensure they fit YOU properly.
