[pct-l] San Jacinto Creek, Fuller Ridge, and Baden-Powell

Don't know for sure, but I was hiking south of there two weekends ago. From
the PCT trailhead at Highway 74 I could see snow on Tahquitz Peak, certainly
above 8,000 feet and possibly down to 7,000 feet or so. Sorry, not much more
help.

I hiked Hwy 74 to I 10 last year in mid-April and had some short, compacted,
very icy pitches on Fuller Ridge, but nothing I needed any equipment for.
This year is different, whatever that means.
