[pct-l] Southern bears ya'll

For the 15 years I lived in Crestline in the San Bernardino
range, I saw 2 bears. I'm sure they're more prevalent near
Big Bear, though.

Personally, I wouldn't give any extra concern to bears in the
southern areas. If anything I'd be more concerned with rodents.
