[pct-l] Skeeters???

In 2000 (late June/early July), we had them all the way to Dorothy Lakes.
Almost drove me off the trail. Worst were north of Tuolumne Meadows, but
that was because of the weather. If you get lucky, you will have freezing
weather which put those beasts to sleep. Otherwise, frequent Deet baths are
in order - or full length breathable clothes plus netted face mask. Good
luck!

Note: if you are there in August and later, you will probably find none.
