The Sportsman's Guide, www.sportsmansguide.com has a Kelty 100% waterproof
Jacket for sale with underarm zippers. for $59.97.  It was so they say
$200.00 .
Check it out. I'm worried about the liner if its cotton don't buy.
 I just bought nylon paints (waterproof) with zip of legs, two big side
pockets, they hold the PC Guide and zip back pocket for wallet The total
weight is 8 oz. I paid around $14.00 from Sportsmans. I washed them on trail
and they dried in no time.  They stuff in own pocket.
