[pct-l] RE: [backcountry] NOVA Bill on the move in the Senate!

i just recieved this from the washington trails asso,and thought id pass it=
 along.
for non washington staterers the nova fund is a percentage of the gas tax t=
hat is set aside for the benifit of off road users including hikers picknic=
kers birders and o.r.v. users ,currently 80% of the fund go to o.r.v. trail=
s, whose users put in far less then than 80% this bill would change that an=
d shift more money to hikers and trailheads(like ones on the p.c.t.).
