[pct-l] Re no water from I-15 to Inspiration Pt

In 2000 there was no water until Guffy Campsite, as expected. It is a long
haul, so be prepared. Didn't have any trouble finding the spring the, there
was a trail. But, you do need to look for the trail. And then, it is pretty
steep down. Great water.
