[pct-l] water carrying system

JoAnn,

I've got both a Glacier and a Dana New World (lighter than the Glacier but
not, ahem, ultralight!!) - and have carried Camelback 2-liter bladders
successfully in the outer pockets. I use an old nylon stuffsack to protect
the bladder from abrasion. I balance the weight of the water in one side
with heavier stuff in the other pocket - like my personal "10-essential"
kit, can of bug spray (!), first aid kit. Naturally, as the water location
changes from external to internal ;-) the weight balances out, and the
adjustments available on the Dana pack make up the difference.

Go for it. I think you'll love the covenience of the bladder while carrying
your pack. That, plus Marion's "Equalizer" - and we're set!
