For all of you that are relatively new to the list that have questions about
gear, snow predictions, etc.  it will save you a lot of time and provide you
with a lot of information to do a search on the PCT List Archives
(http://www.pcta.org/general/forum/archives.asp) for the subject that you are
interested in.  Many of the questions that you have, have been asked by many
before, sometimes very recently.
