[pct-l] 4/5 day trip near LA suggestions?

Your deepest snow would  be in San Jacinto and Baden Powell. I hit three feet
in Baden Powell last year.I did from Big Bear to Cabazon January 2002 and
snow was about 6 inches deep in high elevation. Had a great time about 65
miles. That's from high mountains to high desert to low desert. I just did
from Islip Saddle to Aqua Dulce between snows. I am getting ready to go from
Aqua Dulce to Lake Hughs and back. You always got to watch the weather. It
can kill.
