[pct-l] ultra lite packs

I still am involved with the Boy Scouts (over 25 years) and still am
"prepared." The difference in ultralight is efficiency. For example, I don't
carry enough first aid supplies to handle everything that might happen. I
carry enough to handle what is more probable, and the ability to improvise
in case of catastrophe. There's no way I can carry enough supplies if 8
hikers fall off a cliff. I can carry enough if I fall off a rock, and know
how to make bandages from clothing for the unlikely disaster.

Likewise, I am fully prepared for rain and snow. I'm just going to smell a
bit more because I don't have a clean t-shirt.
