[pct-l] cameras?

I have used the Stylus 140 for the last few years and it is a good camera...

However, on my first ever trip along the JMT , I used nothing but disposable
cameras and ended up with pictures as good or better than my more recent
ones. in fact, one even found it's way onto the cover of the PCT's magazine,
The Communicator..

The biggest problem with all of these cameras is that they lack a good
UV/haze filter...so what you see with the naked eye is not usually what you
get when you see the developed photos.

I haven't looked lately, but does anybody make filters for these types of
cameras ?? If not, I may have to come up with one of my own design.

I haven't decided whether to bring the Stylus this year or use
disposables...
