[pct-l] Snow and rain

Well-- I hope it washes away **better** than '97-- return to nature-
get rid of the rest of civilization..backpack and wheelchairs only
in YNP!\

It is actually snowing quite hard up by Bishop and Mammoth way
in the Sierra.
