Does Elk Lake still accept packages?=0D
when i went through last year i didnt send one there but i saw quite a pile=
 of hiker pacages in the corner,which was a good thing because the "store" =
had almost no food .all i saw was a couple of dusty cans of dinty moore ste=
w and one or two packs of ramen. not even any chips. highest priced beer in=
 oregon too!(9.00 a sixer)=0D

What is the straight skinny on Cascade Summit?=0D
i used cascade summit as a resupply(i was buying as i went)and had no probl=
em resupplying out of there. it can be a bit pricy,what they do is buy ther=
e stuff from the nearest fred meyers then mark it up a buck(ex,bread ;freds=
 price is 2.00 c.s. price 3.00,tomato paste .75 c.s. price 1.75. etc)but  t=
he all inportant beer-o-meter registers a more resonable(for oregon) 10.50 =
a 12 pack=0D
Has anybody sent a package to the resort on Crescent Lake?=0D
no but i heard good things about it,free camping and showers.=0D
