If you are one who tries or has to to live credit free, there is a
Mastercard that you can get that you can link to your savings account, that
allows you to deposit money into the mastercard to be later used as a credit
card. They deduct a certain amount per month to cover their fee , balance is
applied to your card. Or you can go online and do one time transactions
whenever you want. A regular debit card from your bank will not always be
accepted, and a visa card through a bank still requires credit worthiness
and an ability to fight the temptation to use the credit line..
They charge a small fee for the mastercard account, but then you have no
interest charges, no credit debt, no credit check. It does take several days
for deposits to show up but once thery're there, it's yours.
