[pct-l] Whole powdered milk.



The only downside I can think of to whole powdered milk is that it might
spoil faster (depending on packaging and addition of preservatives).  You'd
also want to test some for how well it dissolves in water - I know that the
Milkman low-fat powdered milk is fairly easy to dissolve in cold or hot
water, and tastes ok ('tho nowhere near fresh milk).    I'd say order a
small amount of the whole milk and see!

recommendations concerning whole powdered milk.  I can't find a local
