before this gets into a big flame, lets just agree that the 1st
Amendment and the lives here on this list and anyone can post their
opinions, guesses, estimates, recomendations, thoughts, advice,
questions, journal entries, solicitations, remarks, comments,
incomplete sentences, URL's, bable, ramblings, jokes, commentary,
etc, etc, etc as long as it has to do with the PCT.  As far as I
understood, one of the purposes of the lis was to "kick around"
different ideas and comments pertaining to the PCT.

If you do not agree with someone's logic in their post, commentary,
guess, etc, and you beleive that the post will lead others to a wrong
conclusion, then you have every right to post a rebuttal with a well-
reasoned (or poorly-reasoned) argument.  If the other person's ideas
are so flawed that others would be in danger of rlying on them, then
your post should remedy the situation.

telling other people that they have no right to post does nothing to
bolster a counter-argument and name-calling (which didnt necessarily
occur in this cae) does not add to the PCT discussion at all.
