[pct-l] Eating raisins



A study has shown that consumption of raisins before and during an
intense athletic event reduces DNA damage compared to a control group.
I thought this might be of interest to thru- and long-distance
backpackers on this list. According to other sources, prunes have twice
the ORAC as raisins, so may be even better. Rather than copy the
