[pct-l] PCT books?

Since it seems that Schaffer's PCT books for Southern California and
Northern California might not make it by April (or will they?), anyone
happen to know somewhere I can get a copy of the single volume book they are
replacing? Seems like every link I find on the web points to Amazon, who
don't have it, nor does Powell's. Any help would be appreciated :)
