[pct-l] Poison oak and other nasties

The only place I've been (only about 1/3 of the trail) where it was
overwhelmingly lush was on a short stretch just after the Baum Lake fish
hatchery on map N18.   This stretch, mentioned in the guide book,
was still signed last year but seemed to
be abandoned because it can be easily avoided by taking
the road to the lake 100 feet to the east.
