[pct-l] solid inner tubes for mtn bikes

There are more options for avoiding flats, including
Kevlar reinforcement etc. Lived in Chile for a while
and thorns kept puncturing my bike. A couple of years
ago, but then you could also get tubes with sealant.

Also think you can get tubeless tires with some kind
of anti-flat-proofing. Any good bike store should know
more.
