Folks,

I know this is an emotional issue, but this one is starting to get out of hand.

Please be polite in your disagreement.

And FWIW, bikes are illegal on the PCT, and if a ranger decides to write
you a ticket, you can be stuck with a $5,000 fine (same fine as for hiking
in a closed area or breaking many other forest rules. )
