[pct-l] Hiking and Running
It depends how your body handles the hike. Everyone
is different. My knees were hammered by the hike, and
I was unable to run after the hike. By contrast,
another hiker actually ran two miles a day, every day,
before hiking.
There are no absolutes, but I would say that odds are
you'll lose a bit, unless you actually run during the
hike. Hiking and running are very different.
