FYI:

Removal: Lidocaine to numb, forceps to pull out the nail and silver nitrate
sticks to cauterize and kill the nail bed -- it is a simple and direct method. Though
as a patient it is best not to watch. No pain -- just a little needle prick
and they usually don't grow back. If they do they are just a little 'nubin'.
