[pct-l] OCT: Oregon Coast Trail

Being a big PCT supporter, but even a bigger OCT supporter, I'd like to
put a plug in the the Oregon Coast Trail. It runs the length of the Oregon
coast line, from the Washington border to the California Border.

Great trail if you don't like:
1) Mosquitoes
2) Bears (tho I have had a report of one)
3) Snow
4) Mountains/Hill

And, Great if you like:
1) Regular towns (resupply points)
2) Lots of Bed and Breakfasts
3) The Ocean
4) Shipwrecks (see our page)

Not so great if you don't like:
1) Soft Sand
2) Areas of dune buggies and other things that should be banned
3) Wind (not always a prob..go south in the summer)

Any other OCT through hikers around? It seems to be a very little known
(and even less used) trail.
