[pct-l] PCT Guidebooks for California - publish dates for new vols 1 and 2



And the same promise I heard for California in 1977! Wilderness Press has a
long history of underestimating their book production times. When we got to
Markleeville--2/3 of the way through California--Tom Winnett graciously sent
us galley proofs (this was back in the days when each page was laid out
manually on pasteup board) for the last few sections.
