[pct-l] Information on PCT Routes for the GPS

It might depend on what GPS your friend has, but if they start with the
TOPO! software with its GPS module, they can probably use the routes from
the following page.

I have the PC software, or at least the maps for California (10 CDs), but I
haven't tried putting the routes from there into my GPS unit.
