Dave,
Two surgeries for me. The meniscus operated on twice.
I have 25% of my medial meniscus left.
I've got titanium screws holding together my ACL.
On the trail, I sufferred:
5,430 mosquito bites
198 hunger attacks
97 Foot pains
69 minor scrapes and burns
45 "you're going faster than 3mph" hitchhikes
12 stubbed toes
4 days of continuous hiccups (seriously. no joke)
2 bad elbows (from hiking poles)
1 "freezin-ass-cold-and-wet" miserable night
0 KNEE PROBLEMS
Have no worries. Rehab hard. Get your 90% back (I'm
about 80% due to poor rehab). Rock on!
