[pct-l] Lightweight Section Hike Questions

After seeing Cupcake's promo at the ADZ, we tried the baby bottle liner
trick with peanut butter (Skippy Chunky, if it matters) on our recent
section hike in Washington. The peanut butter leaked from the liner after
having been in the pack a few days; I had enclosed it in a ziploc just in
case and was glad I did. I think that the cap system is really designed to
attach to the rigid "bottle" portion of the disposable liner system, rather
than to attach securely to the liner itself. It behaved just like the old
Gerry tubes, unfortunately. Seems like the plastic peanut butter jars are
still a better way of carrying peanut butter, or other nut butters.

Notice that I didn't say "best." ;-)

Any word from Cupcake on how he fared with the system?
