Oh what a joy it would be to see the look on some smug over'bear'ing "camp"
bear's face when the dogs are let out, and he realizes the game is over for
good. How simple! How effective!  Harass and ye shall be harassed! Come into
a human camp and it'll cost ya a few nipped legs. Pretty soon just a TAPE of
dogs barking (and maybe a vial or two of dog piss) will send them packing
off. The NPS could save a lot of money if they trained their own dogs
