I don't know about a whole year.    I think a scenic and partly innovative
July-October could be
to start south of the Wind River Range and go north on the CDT to Glacier,
then the Pacific Northwest Trail west to the Pasayten
and then down the PCT to Cascade Locks.

As for April-June, I already have Euro-fantasies mapped out at
