[pct-l] CA Section A burning

Looks like they've changed their navigation links since I first tried. It's
getting better as the day goes on. I'm glad to see it, both from a hiker and
a volunteer disaster worker point of view.

A sad but maybe useful project would be to compile links (or maybe copies,
as they might disappear) of all the fire maps affecting the PCT this year.
