[pct-l] Getting out from Walker Pass

Hubby is getting off the trail at Walker Pass for a bit.  I found the 
following information, which could probably be worked backwards for those 
wanting to get to the trail at Walker Pass:

Taxi:

There are taxi firms in Lancaster -- they charge $60-80 to go to Mojave, 
which is 30 miles, so figure from there.


BUS, via Kern County Transit to Greyhound station in Bakersfield:

There is NO bus service AT ALL through Walker Pass.  If you can get to Onyx 
(to the West) or Inyokern or Ridgecrest (to the East), you can catch a bus.  
Note that the Inyokern & Ridgecrest bus runs only Mon/Wed/Fri.

ONYX TO LAKE ISABELLA TO BAKERSFIELD
