[pct-l] Llamas? (was: Are dogs alowed on the trail?)



What about goats? I never gave them much thought but I've read on
rec.backcountry that they are considered better pack animals then
llamas? Although I think I'd prefer the company of a llama over a goat.
I wonder if a llama would scare off more predators too.
