[pct-l] eastern CA 395 transportation

a few months back, somebody was
nice enough to post the phone number
for a gentleman who offers shuttle
service for 1$/mile up the 395.  I searched
and searched and searched the archives
but I can't find it now, and I need=20
to make a reservation !!!  Anybody
know how to contact the guy ?
