[pct-l] TrailQuest "Snakes & Us" Page

This page has been expanded; photos and information for 17 additional =
species of non-poisonous snakes have been added.

In addition, the "Snakes FAQ's" section has also been expanded, and it =
has been moved to our own server.

I've also made some changes in the pages which should make them easier =
on the eyes and load a bit faster.
