[pct-l] Looking for Electrolyte Replacement Tablets

I use Succeed e-caps (www.ultrafit-endurance.com), favored by most
ultrarunners. They match the ratio of potassium and sodium found in human
sweat (I don't recommend licking your arm!). Hammergel also markets them
(www.hammernutrition.com). Either way, they're expensive (about 20 cents per
cap) but you don't need many- in fact the e-cap developers warn against
taking too many. Running, about one per hour; hiking I would think about 1
per 5-7 miles on a warm day. Or just try eating more salty foods. I like to
eat licorice for sodium and carbs.
