[pct-l] FYI - Outage (admin)

There will be some list downtime over the next two weeks as I migrate to =
a new Internet service.   This will affect the lists, the web sites, the =
"friends" sites, newsreading- everything.

I'll try to post notices as these outages happen.    Folks on AOL may =
see longer outages than people on the Internet, as DNS changes seem to =
not propagate quickly there.
