[pct-l] Picking a proper tarp/tent site

My ideal tentsite is a "local maximum", i.e. on top of a small "bump" (a
couple of inches) in the ground so it's downhill on all sides of the
tent. It's usually pretty easy to find one. By "local" I mean that it
certainly shouldn't be the highest point in the area.
The downside of using a spot like that is that you often end up with
your head slightly downhill no matter which direction you set up the
tent/tarp.
