I did a taste/nutrition comparison of every bar I could buy
"over-the-counter" a few years ago and came to the conclusion that the
best bar for its taste, cost and nutrition value was the Genisoy.  I
love all the flavors.  Steel Bars, Hansens, and Balance Bars all came in
second.  I think the reason that the Hiker boxes are full of Metr-x bars
is because they were  the worst tasting bars  of all I tried!
