[pct-l] Alcohol supplies.

 Most towns now carry alcohol in some form  of either Heet and the hardware 
stype " Denatured" because of hiker demand. Most hikers last year din't have 
any trouble , BUT at the small town of Stehikan, they burnt hiker 4.50 for a 
12 oz. bottle of Heet that nomally is about a dollar of less.
