[pct-l] Bear canister contest.

Snce we only have a simulated bear you will only be able to simulate rocks,
pepper spray, steelies etc with water baloons. Anyone who jumps at bear,
runs at bear, or gets too close to bear will be marked dead and blindfolded
till the end of the contest.

While we're refining the rules, what did we decide
about bear deterrent activities? Are we allowed to:

> 2-Run at bear
> 3-Yell at bear
> 4-Spray pepper spray at bear
> 5-Shoot steelies at bear
> 6-Drop large rock on bear
> 7-Try to ignite bear with burning stick
> 8-Anything else that a hungry hiker MIGHT
UNreasonably do when a bear tries to steal his/her
Snickers.
